Help Have you had to change mainboard?

Just wondering, as my Desire is in for its third (yup, THIRD!) mainboard exchange due to overheating, have you had to change mainboards - if so, how many times?

No I have not. PVT1, 2 years, 1 week old. 0% failure rate.

Same here - just under 2 years, no faults so far.

Yes, changed under warranty after 20 months because it wouldn't boot.

PVT1, rooted, s-off, custom hboot, AOSP ROM. (Not sure if any of that would make any difference other than PVT1).

Well, I have been through the process of reclamation, and have come out on the other side with a brand new phone!

Not the Desire, although that was an option. I went for the cash back instead, and am now the proud owner of a brand spanking new Samsung Galaxy S3!

Yup after 18 months, under warranty, was pvt4 came back pvt3.

I've had PVT1 all the way. Perhaps not the best idea they've had...

Where can I buy a mainboard? My Desire HD has that "7 vibrations" problem. Meaning that the mainboard is useless as I've read around here.
