Help Having a few problems with my Epic.

My epic has been acting really strange lately and it's becoming quite the nuisance. As of late, my phone will completely shut off after a phone call and as of TODAY, it will shut off DURING a call and say that the battery is critically low. The first time it did this, I had half of my battery life remaining, the second time I had about a third of the life remaining so it's not low at all.

If anyone can help, it'd be greatly appreciated.

EDIT: As previously stated, I had about a third of battery life remaining and I just got off the phone, I had about a 3 minute phone conversation and when I hung up, it didn't turn off, but the battery life jumped down to about a sliver of life left.

Sounds like your battery needs to be calibrated. You need to do this 3 times, run your battery completely dead, charge to 100%, unplug for about a minute then plug it back in until it beeps that its full again. Then you should see a difference.

Or if you have the TEP Insurance on your phone, then take it to a Service and Repair center and have them test it, if it's bad then they will order you a new one, free of charge (With TEP)
