Root having a hard time flashing CWM in WFS (marvelC)

OK, I just got a WFS (metroPCS) for free today, I've unlocked the Bootloaded using the HTCDEV method, and says **Unlocked** across the top of the screen

and I'm attempting to install CWM recovery, but I cant seem to get it to flash
is this because of S-On?

followed the tutorial to a TEE!!!

It should work with s-on. Is the cwm.img in your c:\android folder?

I actually figured it out (( didnt realize the diference between HBOOT and CWM))

now trying to S-off the device, but the HTC supertools links seem to be dead (the media fire link DL's but then says network error) and i cant find ANYTHING!!!

anyone have a working copy?
