Help Having a issue

Just got the infuse today had for 4 hrs went to plug into computer, win 7 and win xp,
phone so far ok, However when i go into the phone/ attempt this device does not show up.

so i unplug replug and this kies program pops up on phone i click,,,,,,,,,,, 1 hr later still doing something......2.5 hrs later still doing i dunno what.

i go to samsung try to find this program find dl and then it tells me this devise not supported,,,,

however i also notice i can get into the phone, 2 folders 1 internal storage 1external. internal has no accessable file i can either read or open.
external has some crap movie previews junk came with card.

does anyone have the link / time to tell me how to proper get into this phone to pop in ringtones / phone numbers.
and get a good copy of kies?

now the punch line im on At&t... and yes im in the states!
if this isnt possible i will be forced to return this phone for the inspire!

well, somthing went wrong with the download of kites. it works perfect for me try going into usb settings under applications then usb settings and change it to a diffrnet one. sorry i cant help more, dont send it back just yet wait for more help!

issue is no kies for this phone in the united states. on AT&T perhaps other cariers allow it but not them. i will fart around with it tonighht but i am pretty sure this sucker is going back nice phone, but if im stuck with it for 2 years than i cannot use it!

well wife told me to keep this phone and after a drunkin dollar beer debaticle lol. and dl bunch o apps i felt it good enuf to keep !

also, fyi Went on ebay, found a case, gel case, power cord, data cable , 3 protective screen sheilds, for a whopping 14 buck u.s., cant beat that !
