Root Having a problem after rooting my phone

First I would like to thank Joser and his cheerleader Jazziette as I follow most of their threads to root my phone.The problem Im having is my phone wont go to sleep mode after I leave it alone for a while. Everything else seems functional, and all this will end doing is pocket dialing people. I used z4root and Titanium Backup for my root. Heres what I removed

Boingo
Uno
Pocket Express
Youtube
Docs to Go
Loopt
Mocospace

Another problem is I wasnt aware that Titanium didnt backup these files when installed, so I kinda deleted them without a backup.

Any suggestions?

The removal of those apps apparently did not cause the problem. Those apps are not really crucial to the functionality of your phone. For your phone not going to sleep problem, first of all, have you checked the Sound & Display Settings ?

The settings are set right, 1 minute. I did turn off the phone and noticed it was working for a few times. But I took a nap, I woke to notice a half used battery and non sleeping screen.

Go to applications and where you press to enable usb, look under there and make sure you did not click stay awake while charging, or something like that
