Help Having a problem syncing music

[AngelAir]

I am trying to sync some music to this phone and going crazy .
I am not getting the artist name or album artwork. I have used MediaMonkey and Windows Media Player. The artwork is there in MM. When I open the Music folder it shows the artist names.
I have tried for hours.
Any suggestions??
Thanks!

Are they mp3 files? Or some other file type? Are you sure the ID3 tags are correct? You can use TagScanner on your PC to check and change the tags.
