After the update of the Maps to 5.0, the phone gets stuck on the "Checking navigation availability" message. With the previous version, it displayed a message that the navigation is not yet available in my area and suggested a fallback to the Directions. I'm afraid that when I move to the location where Navigation is functional, it won't work anyway and get stuck with the same message. I've tried uninstalling the update, clearing the Maps app data then reinstalling the update several times as well as restarting the phone - no luck. My phone is not rooted or otherwise tinkered with, I'm running the latest (only?)
