Help Having Issues.....is it just me?

Somethings up with my Droid and I'm not entirely sure how to fix it. I have the first model Droid w/ Verizon. I can upgrade but am waiting on some of the newer ones. Anyway, I noticed today I went to try to go on the FB app and it wouldn't load at all. It kept going and going as if it were trying then said there was an error. I could get on to FB through the web but it wasn't working perfectly. It seems like things are running slower than normal when I do an internet search. Then I also just noticed I had 3 photos sent to me in text messages and I cannot retrieve them at all. It says that there's an error when I try to get it. I can go on the web, can receive and send texts, can get emails....any ideas of what I can do to fix?

From the home screen, go to Menu > Settings > Applications > Manage Applications. at the top (if its there) select All. then hit the menu button and select "Sort by size" that should put the list in decending order from largest to smallest. select each app one at a time and hit the "Clear Cache" button for each one. Make sure to include your Facebook app and your Messaging app. after you do all that, shut off and restart your phone and see if that helps you out.
