Help Having Issues Texting.

I own the Droid Incredible... I noticed a few days ago I stopped receiving texts from one person in particular... I later found out that she had received all of mine. I went into Verizon and called Verizon and they said it's a problem on her end not mine but I don't believe it. We text basically every day and all the sudden it just stops working? Out of all my contacts she's the one I text the most... it just doesn't make sense, and Verizon keeps brushing me off.

Any help would me much appreciated.

It really sounds like the problem is on her end (either on her phone or her networks). And it makes perfect sense that a problem could have developed either with her phone, or her network provider.

Are other people not receiving texts from her?

Well she went into Verizon and they said it's my phone and when I went into the store (and called tech) they said it's her fault.

I would like to go into Verizon together but of course we both work completely different schedules and it's almost impossible to find time, hence why texting is so important... anyone have any ideas on what could be causing the problem. I've been all over the internet trying to find an answer.

It seems ever since the gingerbread update I am having issues too. and IT'S NOT THEM IT'S GOT TO BE VERIZON !!!

I've had texts not received by 3 different people now! And sometimes I don't get theirs And its random. I sent 4 text to one person on AT&T yesterday, 3 arrived. Sent another to my bosses BlackBerry it never arrived. And yet another issue with someone else unknown carrier.

They can't ALL be having issues with their providers.. IT'S got to be VERIZON!

This is concerning me. I use text for business purposes. And at this point I cannot rely on it. Oh I get to pay for it. but I cannot rely on it.

Com-on Verizon! own up and fix this!
