It seems my email is not being syned. I have to manually refresh the app to get emails to come through. What do I do? What could be the problem?

I have a similar issue - in fact, I was going to post about it earlier today.
My emails are often delayed by several minutes. It's annoying - I need to be able to respond to emails immediately in my line of work. Not being able to respond within seconds can cost me lucrative opportunities.
I have checked my sync settings and they seem like they are set up properly.

Yep mine seem fine too. I don't understand what the issue is.
Is the master sync enabled? I can never remember where this is in the settings, but in the Power Bar widget it's the second icon from the right.
