Hello, I have the galaxy note 2, and I am having issues with my email app. It takes a long time to load and the new feed won't pop up? is there anyone that knows why

Help Having issues with my email app

Welcome to the forums. Did your email app work properly before the issues you mention? There's a chance that you just need to do some house cleaning.
By that I mean, go into the Application Manager in the main settings menu and clear the caches of that app and all of its peripheral apps (the social networking and news apps, etc). Then reboot the device.If you still have trouble, it may be necessary to go back into the Application Manager and also clear data, which will necessatate reconfiguring the apps. Reboot again.
Still having trouble? Factory data reset time: Menu > Settings > Backup and Reset > Factory Data Reset.
