Help Having issues

Hello,

Just got my Atrix a few days ago and love it so far, but just today im seeing some funny behavior with my phone.

1. Phone randomly turns off (even with plenty of power left) and will not turn back on, not until I take out the battery out and put it back in.

&

2. This is really annoying me, but my damn notification wont change, no matter what sound I select it plays some random song from my music library. I even removed the song file and it continues to play when I receive a notification from a text etc...

I would try a factory reset and if that doesn't help exchange it. That's really odd behavior and I never had any of these problems...

Same here, some others on here have complained about the random shutdowns/reboots, and as with other androids and WinMo phones, they just need replaced and switched out if a factory reset doesn't help.
As to the notification sound, that sounds crazy and if it isn't an app that is running that overrides the system notification setting (such as Handcent or twitter, etc) then something is messed up in the filesystem; same thing factory reset and exchange it that doesn't fix it.

Man same problem, rebooted 2 times while doing nothing, and today showed message "Modem did not power up (0) Starting RSD protocol support" And doest go anywhere.
Does everybody has those reboots? Should i just get another phone? (HTC Inspire)?
