having problem with the time

[Android Question]

I dont know why but my Samsung Galaxy centura phone changes the time 5 hours back. It happens during the day and at night. I have set my alarm on the phone only to have it not go off because it changes the time. I have only had the phone for 5 months and its happening more and more often. Why ?

Do you have it set for manual date and time? Do you have it set for the wrong time zone?

Yeah, it seems you are not the only Centura owner having that issue.

See this thread for more information and commiseration:

I've followed that thread a bit and it seems there are some temporary options, but no one has posted a permanent solution.
