Help having problems with metro lg ms690

can someone out there help me get back into my phone? i have a metro pcs lg ms690 and after too many pattern attemps i have been locked out. it says to log in with my gmail account but it doesn't work. i have tryed to hold the volume down, home, and power button, but doesn't work either. tryed logging in with youtube account, don't work. anybody have any ideas rather than going to metro?
