Would they replace it if i didn't buy it from them though? Do they have some kind of exchange program, i wouldn't mind paying a few bucks to exchange this phone for one that actually works. If they don't have anything to say tomorrow i am going to see if i can get it replaced.

The phone comes with a 1 year warranty. The first 30 days your warranty is through the seller, the remaining 11 months is directly through Virgin.

I bought the phone off ebay, but i was able to return it for a refund. Gonna just hold off on getting a new phone until maybe the s2 goes on sale. First time htc buyer, not a a good experience.

I had the SMS Radio errors even after the update, as well as incoming calls not going through, now... No Problems, and while I was at it I installed the Harmonia ROM, its a completely different phone!
