Ok so earlier I topped up and hit restart plan, I was able to use my phone, thinking everything was good, an hour later i need to make a call and it said to make a collect call press 1 and than everything on the screen went back to factory all though all my apps, my contacts and everything else are fine, does anybody know what is going on? thank you for any and all advice, or input.
