Root Having trouble returning to stock

I followed all the instructions but still can't get my phone to stock. I want to update everything am I missing an step?
 
how are yu returning to stock? u have to give more info like wat rom r u on? nd wat process r u tryna do to return to stock?
 
I'm running on Shinjistsu, and I've tried going into CWM and installing it from there but it doesn't.
 
there is an option in cwm touch that lets you create a flashable zip of whatever software you happen to have, im gonna try and get frank the tank to use that to make a flashable copy of the stock rom with all its newest updates and root
either that or someone else, doesnt really matter who. as long as we get a flashable stock with all the newest updates and dont have to go through the whole ftm thing again
