Root having trouble rooting

when i run step 5, of process 5 it doesnt seem to run properly and the image stays red. when the guide says it should change to green. how long should it take? Not sure what to do....
 
Ok so still cant get any further but it would seem i can now take screen shots! never got past the red triangle screen though....
