I previously owned a HTC Thunderbolt and just upgraded today to a Samsung Galaxy Note 2 and am having a major problem, I can't figure out how to transfer my apps to my new phone.
I moved everything to my sd card, but when I put the sd card in the note 2, I can see there is stuff on the card but can't access the data.
How can I get my apps and app data moved to my new phone?
