Help HBO GO app not compatible with Note3?

I'm curious why the HBO GO app is not compatible with the Note3 though it was with the Note2. Anyone know why?

HBO probably hasn't updated to android 4.3 yet I think.

I like Tiger Woods PGA Tour '12, and it's not compatible either.

I'll have a much longer wait, knowing EA, for THAT fix.

Neither is Widgetlocker. I have a feeling it's because of Android 4.3, so the apps just need to be updated. I expect both to be available soon.
