Help HBOGO App not working on SG2

I am having issues getting the HBO Go App to work on my new SG2. It worked great on my iphone, and it is working great on my ipad right next to me. I am using Comcast Xfinity as my sign in.

No matter what movie/show i try to watch, it comes back with an error saying "your session has timed out. please try again." I've signed out and back in a dozen times and it's not working. I checked, and I do have the latest version of HBO Go installed.

Any ideas?
 
I use att uverse and I can't get it to work properly either, but the problem is different, it plays audio with no video.
 
I had the issue of audio only until the latest update someone last week. Ever since its worked pretty well. Is your account still working on your computer?
