Root HBOOT main version is older??

ok so heres what i did

1-flashed the stock PH44IMG
2-took all OTA updates
3-rooted with superuser zip(installed busybox)
4-did not do a nandroid(yes im an ass hat)
5-took some files out and added some in and wanted to go back

now it says main version is older update failed when i try to flash the PH44IMG in hboot!

Is there another way i can get back to bone stock?

Apache Thunder has a fix for that called here it is http://db.tt/OzfDKrqU flash it in clockwork then the PH44IMG.zip will work.
