Root hboot question

is our standard hbooot 1.57 considered to be the same as hboot 1.58?

Beacuse I see in a lot of ROMS it says (make sure you are not on hboot 1.58)

are they just rounding up??

1.58 is for Sprint ics devices if they say don't be on 1.58 it includes 1.57 also
