HCL ME X1 tablet PC

Dear, I have HCL ME X1 tablet, Android 2.3 ver. I am facing trouble with connecting it with Etisalat 3G dongle. When I connect it (even after all necessary settings in 3G mobile settings by Etisalat technical person) it do not show the connected signal bar or 3G mark, but if I try to Browse, it works I can open any web site, but I can not run some of other applications (Nimbuzz, IM, Online E book store and some calling software) only fring works well with it. And if I connect with any WI-FI network (I tried in my home and if office) all above written application works and get connected with internet. And other things is every time when I switch ON the tablet at start up it pop up with APN Configuration require indication and I have to select every time Etisalat to connect to internet by etisalat 3 G dongle.

If some one has faced similer type of trouble or any one knows proper way to configure 3G dongle at HCL ME X1 tablet, please help and guide me.

I feel when the Wifi is on the 3G will be disabled
Each time you connect 3G dongle you will have to disable wifi and connect to 3G

Can you please tell me about the type of dongle you are using for internet access from the tablet HCL- me-x01. I want to use the same dongle make as of urs.
