HD Game support

I've found that most HD games do not work on the Legend, but some of them do.
Here are my results:
N.O.V.A - works, doesn't quite fit in the screen though, playable
Modern Combat Sandstorm - doesn't fit inside the screen, unplayable
Gangstar West Coast Hustle - same as above
Gangstar 2 - closes itself when starting a new game
Assassin's Creed - textures messed up and doesn't fit inside screen , unplayable
Asphalt 5 - automatically brings you to Asphalt 3, unplayable but asphalt 3 is
GT Racing Motor Academy - works, some slight lag times, but other than that it works well, playable
Splinter Cell Conviction - doesn't start

Has anyone tried Spiderman Total Mayhem or Guitar Rock Tour? I loved Gameloft when I used an iPod Touch. Sad that it isn't very compatible with HTC Legends. =[
