Accessories HDMI cable compatability?

No, because it's not the same cable. It's not even the same connection.

The Evo has a micro HDMI port (I don't know what the incredible has but I'll assume the same). The Vibrant would use Samsung's specially made cable that is micro USB to HDMI. Micro USB and Micro HDMI are not the same.

I charged my phone today using my friend's EVO data cable, mounted and everything. Then my friend charged his Incredible with the exact same cable. When I bought a spare data cable for my vibrant, it was a Motorola brand. I'll bite the bullet anyways, it's only 7 bux,

Just ordered one for 10 shipped. Will post results.

You are talking about 2 seperate cables/ports. All of the phones you mentioned have a micro USB port, that is not what the EVO uses to send HDMI out. If you had looked at your friends EVO you would have seen an additional port (micro HDMI).

The cable you listed will not work on the Vibrant as micro USB and micro HDMI are not the same, they are not even the same shape which is why that cable will not even fit into the port on the Vibrant.

Wait, I just changed it to overnight and it went up to $28. 3 days for $4 isn't fast enough?

That $22 was for the slowest shipping they had available...

The Overnight one was over $30
 
I had it all wrong. I did not remember before the exact ammount. I just remembered it made me go WTF.

So I checked to see the same order, and this is what I got before.

Sucks that there isn't an HDMI solution yet.

Fortunately I don't need one. The main selling feature of the phone for me was the AllShare feature. I have a Samsung AllShare TV. with the touch of a button it wirelessly streams to my TV at 720p. It's beautiful.
