got my micro HDMI cable, connected it to the DC and laptop,.I was hoping to view the image(video recorded on phone) on laptop...but nothing show at all...looks like the laptop don't even see the phone....help?

You realize the hdmi port on the laptop is hdmi OUT, right? Both your laptop and the phone are putting out a signal. Neither is looking to receive. You need to output the phone hdmi to a monitor or tv.
