Is anyone else experiencing problems with their HDMI cables. I bought one from Verizon and it'll play the movies I have but they are delayed slightly, and lags. It is very clear on a good note and is neat because of the mirror mode, but it's rather annoying bc of the lag. Is it because the phone can't keep up with the output? Only other issue I have is when watching netflixs it seem whatever I watch on there is choppy. Verizon needs to explain this to people before they sell a product. Unhappy customer right here.
 
I haven't really noticed that problem when using mirror mode. I run my directly to the TV when I use it though. Perhaps it's whatever you have it plugged into that is causing the lag? Otherwise, I have no clue what's going on.
 
Knock on wood, the generic HDMI cable and generic HDMI-micro adapter work well for me. I run it to an Onkyo A/V receiver, which has an HDMI cable to the TV. Good luck!
 
I'm watching DIvX movies on my HDTV through the HDMI port with no problem, no lag, no issues... Got the cable off ebay for $4
