HDMI fixed in update

HDMI output was fixed in that last update. Previously, my Samsung HDMI TV would only show slideshows of my Gallery pics and videos recorded at the highest definition. No YouTube, no sideloaded videos.

Now, EVERYTHING is playing!!! The TV.com app streams shows thru HDMI. One of myfavorite apps, .podcast. will stream videopodcasts in full HDMI, YouTube works,any and all videos I load onto my SD card... I am loving it!

Thanks for updating and letting us know that the problem was fixed. Now I feel that much more comfortable buying the cable!!!

It really depends on the video. My old videos that I had converted to 3gp for my Motorola Razr look horrible, but no surprise there.

MPEG4 files generated from my personal DVDs using iPod conversion settings were slightly blurry/grainy.

How would that work? You stream from your tv to your evo to a different tv?
