Root HDMI Mirroring question

HAVE read through forum, didn't find much....

I'm Revolutionary rooted, mikg 2.56, mikg orange theme. Just flashed 2.3.3-1-793-hdmwin-sense 233-alpha-signed.zip. Wi-Fi issue fixed by re-flash from recovery. (Didn't fully understand kernel manager download and flash) Phone seems OK, anything i should watch for or do to complinent my evo setup.

Need more caution that kernel manager will download and FLASH kernel rendering Wi-Fi inoperative. Flash from RECOVERY.

I would not let kernel manager flash anything for you. Just download from there, then boot to recovery and flash manually, much safer.

About said problem, I've not heard of a new sense GB kernel that has everything working with hdmi yet. I don't use it, so I may be missing something.

Well i have to get HDMI cable, however, a few on mikmik forum have stated the download i mentioned does work well. Its also discussed on xda-developers. Seems stable from what I've skimmed through.
