Help hdmi out

i know it doesnt have one, but i have a converter from another samsung phone. anyone know how to make it work?

its a micro usb to hdmi converter.

what you need is an MHL adapter, which works with the skyrocket.

Im also seeing poor ouput quality using Netflix. I also have an iphone and the output is perfect. Something going on with the setup with Skyrocket. Im using the OEM cable for the Skyrocket. Any ideas or anyone having luck with this?

i figured it out. you have plug the power cable into the converter.

I have done that but Netflix looks terrible. Also, how do you get audio out?

Are you streaming netflix in a web browser or through a mobile app? I dont have netflix but I'd guess that if your a using a mobile app the quality is reduced greatly as you simply dont need as much information in a 4.5" screen. Try streaming from. The browser and see if it helps.

netflix looks awful for me too, but i'm told it's b/c the source material is not 1080p. i haven't tried with a source that i know is 1080p.

MHL to HDMI should transmit video and audio. so, your TV should already have sound. as a workaround, i think your headphone jack will continue to work.

I have video but no audio. I'm using the HDMI out to a HDTV. Looks terrible. Iphone 4 worked flawlessly.
