HDMI port bad?? or a bad ebay amzer cable?

UPDATE: It was a bad ebay cable, i bought the $30 from sprint, and got a 25% discount and i was good to go! you will know immediately if it worked or not because when you plug it in, it says hdmi on the top right corner and tell you to play a slideshow or video

after being like three weeks late, when i got my micro hdmi cord, i plugged in the hdmi to my phone then to multiple tv's, and nothing, no pics, videos from the phone or youtube, ugh. anyone else in this boat?

pretty sure he doesnt have his whole shipment and is just taking orders and shipping as he gets them... absolute bull

oh shoot, i tried it on two completely different tv's, and nothing. and yeah thats b.s. how he does that, but he at least sent me some screen protector and an apology lol.

Mine does not work as well. bought mine from him on ebay and when i plug it into my Sony XBR LCD it locks my evo up and i have to pull the battery. no idea if its the cable, tv or the phone as i only have one LCD tv and one cable and one evo.

I bought my direct from the distributor: Arrow Electronics. It is a Molex cable. Works just fine. It was something like $9.

thanks for the update, i already emailed him and contacted ebay about defective merchandise being sold. hopefully i will get a refund soon.
