Headphones.. Somewhere in between apple headphones and bose?

Is there a pair of in the ear headphones with mic that's in between the apple headphones and bose ones? I've looked into the bose headphones, but that's alot of money to go into some wired headphones.. Does anyone have them, can you say they're worth getting for that cash??

I use my phone alot for music, so good headphones are important.

MotoRokr S9 HD BT headphones FTW, as a lot of DROIDs seems to have issues with the headphone jack.

Snuggbuds - specifically noted to work with the Droid. I use the SB-X.

Who makes these? I'm looking for non Bluetooth.. lol swoops didn't see snuggbuds.. do You like them? May grab these

I had a pair of JLAB J2's that I thought were ok. Definitely not Bose lol, but a notch above the iPod buds.

The J2's are actually only $15 now since they've been replaced by these:

I like my UE's metro Fi. they were 50 bucks at best buy but you could find them cheaper online

EDIT: didn't realize you wanted a mic also, nvm then lol

Klipsch Image S4i's...Can't beat the sound quality for the price, very highly rated. I love their rubber rips because they are conformed to ovals to fit better in ear.

BTW, Bose is bad....really bad. Please for the love of your pockets pass on them.

Bose is kinda like Apple...somehow over the years they convinced people they are superior products and since you are paying 3x as much for them, then they must be.

I like. 3 sizes of rubber tips for you ear, solid ear connection, tangle free model, motorola clicker built in (on some models), dont break the bank, cool looking, colors and sound is good for me. A little deep and basey - I am a treble guy - but they are very nice quality for like $40. also, the fabric cord is nice as it does not transmit that thump sound up the cord into the buds like some cheap models when you run or are active and the cord bounces around.

might try coupon "MARATHON" for 15% off

Cool, thanks for the review and the code.. I think I will try these. I found some by Skullcandy, I love reglar skull candy headphones but they're 50$.. A bit more then what I wanted to spend. Its funny, I have some bt headphones that are stereo, but I dont even really like to use them anymore. They wrap around your head and are kind of funny to have on, it just feels wierd if you use them for more then 20 minutes or so..

i gots a pear of Boze... to me they are the bees knees and elbows!!

(i think it helps that i didnt pay for them too)

BUT

I had them also and when you run or are active, when the cord bounces against you the vibration runs up the cord to the ear plugs and your hear that muffled thump, thump, thump... I returned them and never went back. Got the Sunggbuds and no issue.

seems like the endorphins are a good deal. $100 for a hard use/lifetime warranty set of earbuds are a winner in my book. my ear buds are always breaking over time so i think im going to try these out as well... thanks for the link! =]

the only question is will jaybird still be in business 5 10 20 30 years from now lol :p;):):o:D:(:rolleyes::(:D:p:p:mad::mad::):):rolleyes::cool::eek::eek::D:o:p:mad::o:):(

Bose are great and I own them, but I travel everyweek and I don't take them unless I am going on vactation. I am very happy with the MotoRokr S9 HD BT headphones. Work great, and everyone tells me they can hear me better on them than any other BT.

I can't believe no one mentioned Sennheiser. They have been a long time favorite of PC gamers and audio enthusiasts alike. They have a wide range (from semi-affordable to not at all affordable (lol)). I don't have any yet for my Droid as I am currently unemployed, but I have used them on my PC and they are fantastic...Not to say that the headphones above are not good, just that this is another (high quality) option... :)

Bose headphones are not bad headphones. The only problem with them is that you could get the quality of their $300 products in a $100 product from a REAL audiophile company like Sennheiser.

I can't hate on Bose too much because they don't produce overpriced crap, they just produce overpriced decent stuff. Now Skullcandy and Monster (the company that produced the Beats by Dre headphones) fall into the overpriced crap category. They're basically selling you a nice paint job. But then Monster as a whole is a company that sells overpriced crap...

My recommendation would be to invest in a good pair of regular headphones without the mic but then get something like this.

For a list of good headphones, look here.
