Help Headphones sound quality problem

Hi.
Just bought the phone.

I was just wondering if it's normal for this phone, that i hear some kind of static noise from the headphones. It starts when i play a song and stops couple of seconds after paused. It's not a loud noise and you cannot hear it when playing music, but it just doesn't sound right.

I've tried many other headphones and they all sound the same.

So do I have a broken headphone jack, or does it come with the price?
