Do you have an app on your device called Photos? You should be able to view them in that.

No, I don't have that. Only Gallery.

Download Google+. The Photos app is part of it. It will allow yo to view your Photospheres. This is the "gallery" app that comes stock on the new GPE devices and the Nexus 5 (though I think the Nexus 5 also came with the AOSP Gallery).
Quickpic won't do it. Damn good gallery app outside of that limitation.

I can view them in my stock gallery, I'm guessing it's the kitkat aosp gallery?
