headset and radio

is it possible to change the headset and still use fm-radio?
I really need to use in-ear headset, just cant bare with the other one, my ear hurt like hell after a while.
The headset with the samsung galaxy i7500 was perfect, could use them all day with no problems.
I know i can use webradio but i havent had to good experience of webradio so far, still think fm-radio perform flawless for the most part.

Any headset will do, it just uses the phone jack itself as an antenna.

There might be a difference in reception quality(might be worse, might be better).
