Hearing aid thread in general.

Basically my Phonax app will not communicate with my login,it keeps logging me out, I have attempted to email the company. They told me this morning.."Could you please unistall and reinstall the myphona app, the newest and reset your cell and make sure it does not bother with you loging in?" I will try to turn off my cell and everything since I am back home.

I just learned from my Audiologist.
When you are cleaning them use a dry cloth to clean them with and a soft brush. I do not have any soft brushes left, most of them have been used up by cleaning the sh**tload off the wax throughout space and time, with the little air hole sometimes I get some wax into them, for some strange reason. But it is also wondered throughout that thickness, I accdiently and put a dab of water throughout a tissue, because one day Phonax that Facebook of an irrigation of a hearing aid site said

"Please use a dab of water to get rid of the wax." and so I been doing that on and off, but I get wax around the mold, I tried doing with my toothbrush that just stopped working a bit ago, something mechanical about it, and I do not want to unscrew it and it is impossible to open and replace the battery et all, I rather get the motorized ones, instead of the manual one IMHO, so I used that method just last night, but for some reason when I have them on just now, they get my ears a bit warm in general.. So wtf Phonax? You are acting like FB!

In the manual:

"Please use a damp cloth when cleaning the ear mold."

Next step is:

"Please only use a dry cloth..." huh irony, I betcha that is the battery part though. I do not usually clean out the battery curse shape though, but at least it is self drying most of the times. Not like I am going to use any liquid on that part.

Now tell me when logging in a ton of times Chrome and firefox sends you back with the invalid url, never like connecting them through my ISP, meanwhile the irony is I sit here and it goes through fifty five times of "Idenity.phonax.com" url without going through, it is not like my account ever expired at all, heck I did attempt to log in via the main chrome app, and see if that works, yes it does. This is really frustrating from time to time.. And oh yeah the battery would not hold a charge after barely a few hours outside, seriously what did I do to deserve this little headache?

Still when I just hard reset this phone, I manage on a second as the app would connect with the server, so my question is...
How does it feel like to have it in so much in pain with just that, and added up even that rolling up and knowing,
I somehow caught a bug on here, even though I only connected at a home store wifi? Tell me...

So after I tested my Phonax and the connection is superb, they do automatically jump back into Pusicifer I was listening to this morning, and went to use the bathroom and back, the connection was wonderful of the same area of where I just have them connected and back. That little switch it did last night was fixed up as well.. Now to really sink in and having my apps connected with the right account password, I think that is the last thing to do though. But everything ran crystal clear.

After changing the name of the phonax program from "blue tooth and streaming with Mic" to Melodies, that is the same nick I had for my you tube music, I was able to stream "syste of a down"'s debut album without it self interrupting it! So that problem really lays with that name change FWIW.

Heads up for those who are wanted to have the always active on, after lifting, the battery will continue to drain it down to around two percent in one ear, like I was in P.A. and noticed when I got up from the hotel bed, it was around two percent.. And the right one was around sixty percent, I am assuming that is like wearing that out of my ear, but I am pretty sure it is all the way in though... huh. I did listen to some variations of different soundtracks as well.

bump, if you do not change your wax guards, may lead up to a massive headache that I got last week, I was so much in horrible pain from just not able to change the wax guards and be aware on how much you learn about it, always always Have the device that makes a sound to remind you on when to change them, Mine last up for a few weeks, and I do regularly clean them with a dab of water and some tissues to fully clean them, it is about how much of a frequency you can hear around you.

I just wait until I can't hear anything out of my aid. It's time to change the wax guard. Truth be told I don't wear them much. I have declining hearing above 2000k, otherwise I'm fine. I have trouble in crowded restaurants and movies, etc.

I have a bad habit sometimes with general eye contact, due to my ADHD I cannot see others in their own eyes. They have to be distance,or if they really know me come up really close to me and talk it over. I have trouble with people in cars from time to time.

I rarely change my wax guards and like Steven, only when it's necessary. I do keep my ears very clean. It's a daily regiment that I adopted as a youth when I entered the construction business. I had to keep up with the mass of fine dust that cabinet making created. I think I'm on my third set of wax guards in the 3.5 years I've had my hearing aids.

Best way how to clean your ears without q-tips, I was searching one day, and hydro peroxide in a spray bottle and some toilet paper, (BTW toilet paper is very verisble to clean your face up, eyes, nose, lips before anyone use it for their bellbottoms).

I've not heard of the brand so I have nothing to offer. When I was first aid shopping, I joined a hearing aid forum. I don't frequent the forum but someone there might have purchased or at least know something about the brand. Here is a link if you are interested in a group of hearing aid users input. Hearing Aid Forum - Active Hearing Loss Community Good luck finding the best aid for you.
