Since the second H/A my normal is in the 140's for the first number. I try and relax on the couch for 30 minutes before taking it, if I take it after walking to the kitchen or other room it will be over 160 ish !

I have no clue what I'm in for. The echo I know. I've done that a few times. What I know for certain is it will be hotter than hell itself by the time I get home and get on my lawns.
The heat with labor will kick your butt to the curb if you aren't careful. I work hard and I work long but I work slow. There is no hurry in my efforts anymore. I'm glad you survived. It's not that it's so hard or demanding... it's doing stuff your body isn't doing daily and it really doesn't want to do it anymore. The heat is a big negative. We shall see, I went out of town last week to help a buddy with his a/c. It was North East Texas and hot as tortilla pan onna stove.
We worked 12 hours the first day, (till midnight, it was 1 am when his wife made us grilled cheese sandwiches, for supper), and I was just about useless the second day.
I got home Friday and felt like crap all day, and yesterday was no better, today is a bit better.
