Heat issue, please read !!!!!!!!

I got this phone about a week ago and it's been overheating when I play MMO apps - Arcane Legends for example. Last night it close to burned my thumb on the screen side and then started making my in-game joystick wig out. So, what, this phone can't handle these kinds of games or what??
 
The one thing I like about this phone is how cool it runs. I have played videos, text, email and surfed for hours and it remains cool. I don't play games with mine so there may be something about games, but I say the phone may have a problem. Maybe some one else may have a better answer.

I have a weird issue, when I use the phone for gaming or browsing photos the phone after while became hot. The normal issue that any phone became hot at the battery are, but in my case it became hot only around the area of earpiece and area around backward camera????????
any body have the same issue????????????
 
have you owned personal electronics before this? I used to have a Moto Star Tac phone that got so hot it would almost burn my cheek during long phone calls. Electronics get warm when stressed. I don't use my note for gaming so can't comment on it, but other devices I've used get very warm for gaming.

yes I know it will become hot but the normal it became hot near the battery area not near the earpiece or camera area??????????
and not only gaming for photo browsing also after while it became hot at the upper portion of the phone(near earpiece and backward camera)

I used my phone today and played spider-man for around an hour and it was warm but no where near hot. If the phone feels hot I would try and get it exchanged.
 
My advice is do not charge it whenver you want, charge it at night, the more times you charge, the less your battery will last.
 
I've played games for more than an hour straight and it has never gotten warm. Sounds like an issue with a few phones now. Might want to swap it out.
