Help Heating up while charging

Hi
my note 3 heat up while charging. I even restore it but it still is not working normal.
After few minute of charging phone and charger adopter also heat up. It was working normal before the 28 mb update or may be after. Is there any solution for this plz advice me soon..

Other than the adaptor heating up is the Note 3 charging and working normally?

Have you tried another charger?
