Help Heeeeelp and hello

Hi new here..sorry to join in a panic but........
Help needed.
My LG G3 said new update was waiting. Didn't look at what it was stupidly as I was rushing.
Phone rebooted and said Android Upgrading 0 0f 189 updates.
Left it for half hour while the kids had their tea, Went back to it, and it says
Optimising App 169 0f 189.
2 hrs later, still saying the same thing..169 of 189??

Guessing it's crashed? Any ideas

Hello!
"Android is updating" happens when the app cache is wiped (dalvik cache?). I have that when I wipe it in my custom recovery.
I would venture to say you can pull the battery then reboot and be ok.

I'd wait for a second opinion, but pretty doggone sure you'd be just fine.

Just curious as to what happened?
Did your phone finally boot up?

Apologies for the late reply. Thank you for the help.
Phone seems fine now. I pulled the battery out, it did an update to 13 apps and worked fine since.
