I can't view my Samsung Galaxy S4 phone photos when I connect it to my computer.. Once connected to the computer I see the file that my photos are in... But when I open that file it show's that it is empty... When I look at them through my phone, they are there.

Any idea on how to view my photos on my computer??? What am I doing wrong??

Glad to have you here, and i am assuming you have a Samsung Galaxy S3, since the S4 hasn't come out yet ;)

Anyhow, have you installed the USB drivers for your device?

Are you sure your looking in the right folder? Normally they will be in a folder named "dcim"
