I Have The New ZTE Racer Running On My Old Contract That Was For My Old Nokia E63

I Have A Few Questions About My Phone And I Need Help As I Dont Know Where To Ask These Questions

1) My Phone Is Running Android O.S 2.1 But I Know 2.2 Has Come Out. I Cant Seem To Find Any Info On How To Upgrade It

2) Is There A Paypal App For Android As My Phone Could Not Find It In The Market And When The Paypal Site Redirected It To The Market

3) What Is "Rooting"? I Keep Seeing It On The Internet And Forums.

4) Is There Any Other Tips? That Might Help
