HELLO NEW WITH THE ANDROID AND KNOW YOU GUYS HAVE EXPERIENCE AND KNOWLEDGE SO GLAD HAVE FOUND YOU.
THIS I DID NOT PUT IN THE RIGHT THREAD BUT PRESUME THERE IS ONE HOWEVER
TWO QUESTIONS WITH THE LG OPTIMUMS IF YOU HAVE A hotmail ACCOUNT AND READ THE MAIL, WHEN YOU COME BACK AFTER HIBERNATION THE EMAILS THAT YOU READ NOW APPEAR UNREAD. HOW DO YOU FIX THIS
THE SECOND QUESTION IS WITH THE VOICE MAIL EVEN THOUGH THEIR ARE NO SAVED OR UNREAD VOICEMAILS THE INITIAL SCREEN SAYS ONE UNREAD VOICE MAIL, HOW DO I RESET THAT.

As for model number of trhe LG Optimus, I have no idea. I just got it from Cricket so presume it must be a resent model.

There is an article on Wikipedia that explains the differences between each variant of the LG Optimus, there is a section that says:
"LG Optimus C - LW690 - Cricket

Cricket Wireless launched the LG LW690 Optimus C on March 17, 2011. The Optimus C features Cricket's Muve Music service."

Since you said that you have the LG Optimus, and that you got it from Cricket, this may be the model of your phone.
