Well, Ill tell everybody my smartphone saga. See I have multiple hobbies, Guitar player 23 years, Rc Car hobbiest, Electronics, Tube amplifiers, Mechanic by trade, and Computer builder. I have built a few computers, one was a ebay special (my first), then bought a cyberpower that I chose the parts on due to lack of time, built a mITX out of a HP slimline for mom which runs ubuntu, my current computer build is actually two at a time, a 3770/256SSD/8G/Evga 670 FTW workhorse, and a HTPC/Mediacenter/internet browser machine for my living room TV.
So with all those different technical skills under my belt, I completely avoided the smartphones because A: I just couldnt bring myself to the touch screen and B: I refuse to have a cell phone contract. And I was always under the impression that you HAD to have a galaxy g3 or some other super expensive phone to get into the arena. I didnt know that things like the galaxy rush were available at best buy with a prepay plan.
So currently I have that samsung rush and I am looking into a samsung galaxy centura for my girlfriend. However I am already looking into getting something like a G3 if the price is right, and also want to hurry up and brick my samsung rush as fast as I can! Thats a joke, of course. But I want to do the whole nine yards on the andriod phones. I want to learn them, and learn how to help my non tech savvy friends when their phone gives them troubles.
So I hope to stick around for awhile,
