Hi! Thanks everybody for all the helpful tips. I think I figured out a few things that were puzzling me on my relatively new EVO. (not getting all my phone calls, visual voicemail not always working, etc.). I'm coming here first before I ever call Sprint tech support. This Android community ROCKS!!!
