Hello from a new Pantech Pocket user

I wanted a cheap Android phone that had better than VGA resolution for a long time and recently found the Pantech Pocket for $149.99 so I bought it.

I made sure it had the Adobe Flashplayer before I bought it because that was something else I wanted in a cheap android phone.

Even though it does not have 4G it has HSPA+ and that downloads a lot faster than my home network can upload so I can't complain there either.

I would like to do screen captures and learned I'll have to root it for that so I'll have learn how to root this device.

Many thanks and after I looked at that section I learned I had to install PantechPCSuite to get SuperOneClick to work.

And it does not stop there. I found something else on this site that helped me out after rooting my phone and it is a post telling people how to add system applications so if you ever reset back to factory then the application is installed with all the other system applications.

The page that taught me more about my newly rooted phone is:
