Hello from a newbie and of course a question to start with

Hello everyone

I am from Chester in the UK :)

anyway to my question, i have had my phone for 2 days and i have a problem??? there is a white triangle with an exclamation mark top left of the screen.

first...what is it?

and second.... how do i get rid of it?

It could be a number of things. when I get it it's usually an app that didn't install correctly. drag down from the top of your screen and you should get a message of what it is... then press the clear button and the \!/ will go away.

your a star :D dragged it down and its a sign on error for google account, pressed clear and its gone.

this phone very good, did'nt even realise you could drag down from the top status bar :o but hey i only had it 2 days :)

is there a PC software for this phone? went to samsung website but did'nt see anything but i did download the userguide pdf.
