Hello from Alaska. Have had my Samsung Galaxy for a couple weeks now. have enjoyed stepping into the world of smart phones. Previous phone was just to make phone calls.

What part of AK do you call home? I grew up in Spenard back in the days when the Iditirod was known only as the dog sled race during the Anchorage Fur Rendezvous...
 
On the top of Denali I think I can see Russia! ;) But from my front porch all I see is leafless trees, snow & dirt.

I hail from the Valley, just north of Anchorage, otherwise known as Palin's hometown.

I grew up in Kodiak :) In fact, my sister and her family still live there. Man, I miss it.
