Hello to everyone. It is another cold day and I really need to get outside soon and play golf. It has been a long cold winter.
I just bought a Samsung Moment to replace the Palm Pre, which I passed on to my son in college. He loves it. I needed a phone that is more business oriented. I used a Palm Treo for years and still miss that a little bit. It was a good phone. I thought about the HTC TouchPro2 but I like the android features rather than the Microsoft OS. I prefer Google calendar and Gmail over Outlook. I need appointments to sync immediately between my phone and computer with no cords.
The only thing I don't like about the Moment right now is the calendar. When in month mode I should be able to tap one of the days of the month and have it expand to tell me what is going on that day. Instead, I have to go to Menu and select 'agenda.' I don't like all the extra actions to get to important information on my calendar.
I am looking forward to this forum. It has already helped me a lot.
